First selecting the surface material that surrounds your pool is a great place to start. From traditional pavers to new porcelain tiles the kind of decking that extends from your house to your pool should be a foremost consideration. The various sizes of material and the various patterns of which you can lay the material is generally dictated by the amount of decking and shape of the pool. Going with little or no decking, grass, EasyTurf or other permeable surfaces are also viable and oftentimes more desirable options for making your decking selection.

I always advise clients not to let the decking get too busy because ultimately we want to showcase your beautiful pool and/or spa.
